Warranty policy

WARRANTY POLICY NOTE: Please note that the warranty is for the primary product only that is offered by the Vikusha. Any additional products are not covered in terms of warranty. The warranty qualifies for the following terms and conditions:-
  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Vikusha or Vikusha’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
  2. Vikusha’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
  3. If the product fails regardless of usage in compliance with the instruction manual and other written precautions, the replacement will be provided free of charge.
The warranty does not qualify for the following terms and conditions:
  1. If we suspect the original serial numbers to be removed, altered or unable to be determined.
  2. If the exterior of your product is damaged by scratches, dents, chips caused by mishandling.
  3. We do not cover any damages caused by the transport or delivery team.
  4. Defect caused by irregular voltage, fluctuations or surges.
  5. If the use and application of the product was done in a way in which it was not intended to be done.
  6. Damaged caused to the product by using such equipment that was not supplied by Vikusha.
  7. Any damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of natural disasters.
  8. Products used in a commercial setting are not applicable for warranty.
  9. Expenses for making the appliance accessible for servicing, such as removal of trim, cupboards, shelves, etc., which are not a part of the appliance when it is shipped from the factory.
  10. Service calls to repair or replace appliance light bulbs, air filters, water filters, other consumables, or knobs, handles, or other cosmetic parts.
  11. Surcharges including, but not limited to, any after-hour, weekend, or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry trip charges, or mileage expenses for service calls to remote areas.
  12. Damage or failure caused by improper or faulty installation, product alteration, or modification.
  13. If the damage is caused by the servicing or any act performed on the gadget by any other appliance or equipment offered by a company rather than Vikusha
